Approximately 6 hours after eating Spicy McChicken sandwich from McDonald's I began having horrible stomach cramps, explosive watery diarrhea and so much projectile vomiting that I am now vomiting bile. I did not have mayo on the sandwich.
I have been ill now for over 12 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bile
