I purchased a Newman's Own Margarita frozen pizza at Walmart on 12/10/24. I got Severe diarrhea and My medical alert dog had a piece of the mozzarella and ended up severely ill with pancreatitis from one piece of the mozzarella.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
