Sushi that was bought from here Ate a piece of the shrimp shushi. Didn’t real like so I put in trash. After 5 minutes started getting dizzy and nauseous. Then after 20 started throwing up and not feeling good.

I ate last night and on my way home had sudden stomach cramps and nausea. It was 730pm on April 6, 2021. I ate the shrimp special. The others with me ate other tacos not the shrimp and are not sick.
