I was at work, went to Taco Bell on my lunch, within 30-40 minutes I started having severe vomiting and diarrhea, followed with the worse stomach pain ever. I’m currently in the ER. All I had was a bean burrito, with beans, Fritos, and potatoes. And side of fries.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
