I ordered 2 taco supreme's and chicken quesadilla, husband had tacos but no lettuce or tomatoes so I am thinking it was from the lettuce or tomatoes cuz he didn't get sick. I have been throwing up, diarrhea, nausea since 3am and it is still going on at 9am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Got Taco Bell with boyfriend and his dad last night. They are both fine while I had stomach cramps, fever, chills, vomiting and diarrhea. Ate at a Del Taco and McDonald's and felt very uneasy after McDonald's. Did not go to sleep until about 5am because of severe stomach uneasiness. Finally pushed through and fell asleep.
