Around 9 pm on 3/23, I ate a crunchy taco and cheesy potatoe burrito. I woke up at 2 am with stomach pain and began vomiting. This along with diarrhea and a fever continued for 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Picked up food from Taco Bell for lunch on the way home from the store. Then started to feel nauseous around 6pm. That was the only thing I had to eat yesterday. By 7am this morning I had full blown diarrhea and vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Taco Bell was the last thing I ate and the first to be forcefully ejected from my body as soon as I got off campus. It took less than 3 hrs for me to feel queasy and here I am now at 5:22am topic this because I've been waking up puking for the past seven and a half hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Chicken soft taco, chicken crisp burrito, Baja fish taco, ranch, hot sauce. Food tasted funny and not fresh. Stomach pain and gas around 4 hours after eating. On Monday 3/22/16 I didn't eat breakfast. I was fine. I bought a crunchwrap supreme and a soft taco at 2 pm. Around 5 pm, I started feeling nauseous and I started having chills. It continued all night. I also had a constant headache and was really dizzy. 1st and last time I get taco bell from there.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Headache, Dizziness, Chills
