Possibly garlic butter One got sick with nausea/vomiting. Symptoms stated about 6 or 7 hours after eating (in the morning after eating wings for dinner). Nothing else was eaten after the garlic wings

We ordered 4 pizzas and 3 boxes of wings. Everyone in my family who ate the pizza said they could not sleep because their stomachs were cramping.
