I had a chicken bowl, white rice, Mild, medium, hot, and corn salsa, cheese, and a side of carintas like usual. I only ate about half. I ate it around 8:30-9PM and woke up sick at 2:30-3AM  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea

My family went to Panera bread at 1/21/17. I and my daughter ate broccoli cheddar soup. Same night I throw up 5-7 times. My daughter throw up 3-4 times. We went to emergency room. They said that it is food poising.I am glad that we are still alive. Never come back.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando

I had grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries & a lemonade. I washed my hands before I ate: while I was eating the tomato and lettuce tasted weird. I took it off and continued to eat the sandwich. 6 hours later I feel nauseous and I vomited  | Sintomas: Náusea, Vomitando
