Eu tinha uma tigela com arroz integral, frango, pimentão, cebola, tomate, salsa verde e milho por volta das 19h. Senti fora dentro de 1/2 hora. Vômitos, diarréia, cãibras e febre começaram dentro de uma hora e duraram a noite inteira. Estou no segundo dia de repouso na cama. Foi horrível!
