I had a burrito bowl around 5pm. Sofritas, fajitas, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, guac, tomato salsa and red salsa, brown rice and black beans. I woke up around 11:30 with horrible stomach cramping. Eu tinha uma tigela com arroz integral, frango, pimentão, cebola, tomate, salsa verde e milho por volta das 19h. Senti fora dentro de 1/2 hora. Vômitos, diarréia, cãibras e febre começaram dentro de uma hora e duraram a noite inteira. Estou no segundo dia de repouso na cama. Foi horrível!
