I stopped in yesterday before my shopping and got 2 pizza rollers and a cup of horchata and as soon as I finished both my stomach started feeling where all while I was shopping and when I got home j ended up throwing up multiple times though the night. I belive the horchata was to blame  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

ate it around 10 am yesterday, stomach ache started around 12 pm, threw up around 9 pm, throughout the night i woke up from stomach pains, it’s now 3 pm and i still have the need to throw up  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I bought one of those chicken wraps from them, over the course of a day I had bloating nausea and started noticing my stool was green.
