My friends and I stopped yesterday to get 4 Monterey Taquito. When we 3 hours later we felt really sick, pain and we call 911 , the diagnosis say that we ate something with poison probably , and the only thing that we ate was those ta, The three of us got sick like 3-4 hours later we ate  | Symptoms: Vomiting

My mother was poisoned After she drank 1/4 of a slurpee and was hospitalized, My mother was sick and my little nephew who is 3 years old drank one sip and threw it away and it gave him diarrhea and a fever. It started about 5-8 hours afterwards.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Diarrhea

I ordered a pepperoni pizza yesterday and ate it with my sister around 5. Today which is the following day from the food I was nauseous and woken up by it. I threw up at 5am and had diarrhea until this moment. I had to take the sat with diarrhea and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Last thing I ate yesterday at 8pm, $5 Chicken and Avo sandwich. At 2am, I woke up to my stomach swelling and getting upset. It’s 7am now and my temperature is very hot, thrown up 3 times already with chunks of chicken, sweating a lot and I feel really weak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Swelling, Sweating
