Got a chicken bowl yesterday around 5 pm. Didn’t even eat more than half of it but started throwing up and diarrhea at 2 am and now I can’t keep anything down and having major diarrhea and stomach cramping. It was the only thing I ate yesterday besides a piece of toast.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
