Well, Saturday morning I had a McDonald’s breakfast and I was violently sick before I was due to go out the door. I was feverish, white as a sheet, I was the only one that was sick. It was 4 hours before I was ill  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever

Had a big mac, fries and milkshake. Went to sleep about an hour or two after and woke up at 8am having to run to the toilet. Bad stomach since then and feeling extremely sick. Hoping this is the extent and I don't be sick. Never normally have this problem  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I ate 3 selects meal and chips with my coke and a doughnut and it’s what I normally get but then I vomited the food out the Morning after and it’s been all day and I’m very ill. 4/10/2019 ate McDonald’s around 9pm with my two toddlers. They had happy meals a chicken nugget, and cheeseburger meal. And I had 2 McChickens the next day I woke up feeling horrible and tired. Couldn’t do much and lost my appetite. Stayed sick for 3 or 4 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ordered 2 quarter pounders. 3-4 hours later stomach began hurting real bad. Ran to the bathroom had diarrhea real bad and then proceeded to vomit multiple times . Had diarrhea, a fever, and threw up multiple times during the night and next morning. Still feel sick writing… See more
