I ate a double cheese burger here yesterday. An hour later I started having horrible pains then nausea. Here I am now over night with diarrhea and vomiting. Doctor confirmed that I have food poisoning. It's hard because I'm taking care of my 5 kids alone.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
