Approx 16 hours after eating a mcchicken and fries from this McDonald’s I became very ill with nausea vomiting diarrhea body aches chills lasting for the last 2 days and still going on.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache
