Ate my food, woke up from a nap afterward feeling lethargic. Within a few minutes I was at the toilet for two reasons if you know what I mean. I cannot hold water down and have to get IV fluids.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Went for lunch 12 noon on Wensday 5/30/2018 I stop at McDonald's in Ahwatukee Foothills
Order a Fish Fillet sandwich had lunch and back to work. Later that evening as I arrived to my side job around 4:20 pm is when I started feeling sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
