Picked up some nuggets through the drive through at about 10. Brought them home (2 minutes away) and ate them. Didn't eat anything else all day because I was working, so it was definitely from them. Symptoms started at about 3am and haven't stopped since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered McDonald’s through Ubereats around 12 am, I ate 1 burger and a caramel sundae, since then I have been extremely gassy and I have been belching ( it smells terrible) I have also been feeling nauseous and having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas, Burping
