Bought both my kids chicken nuggets happy meal each and after eating within an couple of hours they had diarrhoea and vomiting when made my youngest whose in nappies chaff up bad and made him cry every time he had to go number 2  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I purchased a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal at the location. I ate it a few moments later at home. Within a half hour, I had chills, nausea, and diarrhea. The diarrhea was uncontrollable and lasted 4 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills
