I had a sweet chilli chicken wrap with medium fries, the wrap tasted fine but you can never know with chicken but the fries were under cooked. About 6-8 hours later I get severe belly pains vomiting and diarrhoea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My son ate a McDouble with no onion or pickle and a few fries along with a small chocolate shake, from what I can see in his throw up. 5 hours later he has thrown up twice. He has no fever and we have no clean beds to sleep on. Gonna be a long night.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
