i ate chicken mcnuggets, cheesburger and chocolate milk shake. Got deathly ill about 4-5 hours later. These where the only things eaten. Had sever diarrhea, vomiting the worst i have ever experienced in 40 years.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
