My 3 yr old daughter and I have been throwing up and running to the toilet for diarrhea since last night. I had the Big Mac and she had nuggets. Also, my cousin on the other side of town ate a Hot n Spicy which has given her the very same ailments!?  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

While I was eating a “McFlurry with Smarties & Caramel Sauce,” the nausea started slightly. About 20 minutes later I had to vomit and also had to go to the toilet. I went to the bathroom 4 times within an hour. I was doing great before that.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
