Had a buffalo chicken wrap and a smoothie with mangos and bananas in it. Began having sharp stomach pains and diarrhea. Excruciating Stomach pains have continued every 30 minutes for 24 hours while the diarrhea has reduced. I had nothing else to eat before symptoms occurred.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I ate an ultimate club sandwich from Tropical Smoothie at about 11:30 am. About 2:15pm I started to feel nauseous. By 3:30 it was literally coming out of bout ends. It's now around 7pm and I'm still running back and fourth to the toilet.  | Symptoms: Nausea

I had the detox island green superfood smoothie; daughter had the orange ginger glow and was fine. Spinach or kale may have been the culprit. Very sick for almost 24 hours and still recouping 24 hours later. Haven’t been able to eat since Sunday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
