I ordered the roast beef sandwich, combo 9. About 3 hrs later a headache started forming and an hour into that I was throwing up. I had stomach pains, throwing up and dry heaving for about 6 hrs when things magically disappeared. Some weird stomach bubbling occurred but the south stayed friendly.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

I had a Fish sandwich with a cheddar cheese slice and tarter sauce, no lettuce. And also, a small curly fry. Started feeling sick about 3 hours or so after. Symptoms started resolving about 24 hours after consuming the food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
