I ordered a few items but believe the chicken slider was the culprit
I have had major diarrhea with blood in my stool.... I had some chills as well, all taking place about 8hrs after eating it. So far I am on day 2, just the cramps and blood now. Definitely food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Bloody Stool, Chills

I got a 5 pc chicken, one of them tasted strange I remember. A few hours after eating it i feel queasy then i end up vomiting. After hours of laying on the ground i projectile puked into the toilet, along with constipation turning into diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Constipation

beef and cheddar from there, al I ate a roast beef and cheddar from drive thru and was sick by the time we drove to Chipley, FL. I had nausea and Diarrhea. I was sick for 24 hours with added headache. Friday noon  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
