I loved Casey's cake donuts but the last three times I have gotten them, I got severe diarrhea. I thought that can't be so after several weeks I went back and got a couple more for breakfast and...bam! Explosive diarrhea again. What's up with that!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

This morning here Contaminated pizza Been ordering pizza late Sunday nights / early Monday mornings due to traveling on those days. They don't meet the within time guarantee so the pizza is free and that was the 5th time it was free.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Fatigue
