After 3 pm when I ate my food my stomach started hurting an increase of diarrhea and vomiting and it has lasted 15 hours I will be going to the doctor in about 6 more hours if it doesn’t stop. I now have a fever and haven’t ate anything since 3 pm the day before  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I bought a spicy chicken sandwich from checkers and felt sick about 1 hour after eating it. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with food poisoning possibly from the undercooked spicy chicken patty  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
