I had bases, vomittting and diarrhea the next day after eating cereal the night before. No one else was sick in my family. I was the only one with symptoms. Suspected source: Cheerios, breakfast essential (pre-made)
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Less than 4 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: Haven't had cheerios in a long time because I'm lactose intolerant, so I ate it with silk.
