Only got a cookies for desert after dinner at home. Both me self and mother got sick about an hour later. We ate different things for dinner (at home), so the cookies were the only common item eaten by us both.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Went to this location for lunch and had a Cobb salad. About thirty minutes later I became very sick. Started with being nauseated, then I got a headache. Once I got home I began to vomit every thirty minutes and couldn’t keep anything down. Will not be returning to any chick Fil a  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
