ordered a spicy chicken sandwich on 8/3/2017 around 8 pm, had a great day up to that point with a great workout by 11 pm i had diarrhea while holding a waste basket throwing up, never going there again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Purchased 12 piece grilled nuggets and a superfood side at 11:30am on 8/16/17. By 4pm the nausea started to hit me. By 8pm the sickness was in full force with vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

A few hours after eating the sandwich, I became incredibly nauseous and about an hour later began throwing up. Unbearable cramps developed too and I threw up several more times that night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
