I ordered a barbacoa bowl with black beans, pinto, white and brown rice, corn chili and lettuce, sour cream and guac. Ate it about 20 hours ago and it was the last thing I ate. This morning I have been throwing up none stop with diarrhea as well for around 2 hours thus far.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I eat chipotle several times a week. 4/1 I had lunch there. I started feeling ill shortly after and by evening I was violently ill. 3 days later I’m still feeling the effects of this food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
