Stopped here in early AM before heading home after work. Went home and got to bed. Woke about 6 hours later and thought that I was going to die. Once I got it out of my system it still took several days to recover and be able to resume normal meals.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had Double burger with everything (bacon, lettuce and tomatoes), and a milkshake. Hours later, I felt chills and nauseous, I got home and vomited everything out, vomited 3 times until morning. I also had diarrhea that night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I visited the cook out restaurant yesterday and an hour afterwards I started feeling stomach pains. This morning I woke up very fatigued and I have been experiencing nausea, vomiting and diarrhea all day today.
