I ate a grilled chicken sandwich last night with lettuce, honey mustard and a tomato. I almost instantly had stomach pains. Then later that night I had diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I ate a cookout burger and as soon as I finished I felt like I had to throw up, I tried to go to sleep but ended up throwing up and all night and couldn't hold any food the next day and had to poop a lot  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
