Ordered the chicken sandwich 6 dollar meal, after consuming the chicken sandwich I had stomach cramps, massive diarrhea, and lots of vomiting. Went to emergency room and was told I had food poisoning. This is the only thing I had eaten all day, therefor it was the problem.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
