I ate a medium blizzard on the day of 05/07/17 and woke in the middle of the night to EXTREME food poisoning. I experienced intense stomach cramping, vomiting, and diarrhea for at least 3 hours. I've never had this experience with dq before but after puking up rotten milk, that it was the problem.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Me and my brother and dad stopped there and each got a banana shake and I got sick before I got home which is 65 miles then my brother got sick in the night and now my dad has the same symptoms as well .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Gotten hamburger 4/8/17 from dairy queen was omitted emergency room and hospital that night. Two days in hospital got released and omitted back next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
