I had 2 del combo burritos and a Carne asada Flatbread taco , I had my meal at around 2 am. It was the only thing I had to eat all day. I went to bed shortly after and woke up around 9 am with nausea and diarrhea and began throwing up constantly.   | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

Instantly I knew the chicken tasted strange and the beyond meat had a weird aftertaste. after a day in the hospital and 2 liters of fluids, I still feel awful.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
