I ordered a queso crunch taco and a quesadilla with chicken, the next day I developed a fever and vomited the Del taco, as well as any other food I tried to eat that day. Symptoms lasted days and were very dreadful with lots of fever and headaches.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

My wife picked me up some carbon tacos for mid night lunch at work. I heated the tacos up then ate them. Hours later felt real sick went home from work sick got home it got worst. Vomit fever and diarrhea 24 hours very unpleasant Friday 17 nov. 2017  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
