I got free pancakes from T-Mobile. I added eggs and bacon and sausage. I woke up in the middle of the night with fever, chills and vomiting. I had diarrhea all day and very exhausted.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Bile

I ordered the new Chicken Skillet at Denny's on Shaw Ave , near first Street. On Sunday afternoon, (2/18/18) about 3:30 pm. Started having stomach discomfort at 10:pm at night. Then chills on Monday morning, and diarrhea Monday evening, and Tuesday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills
