About 2 hours after having the pizza I started to get a terrible stomachache. Then I threw up about 10 times, but after the 3rd or 4th time only water came out. It’s the best day now and I still feel terrible.  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting

I bought pizza on 12–15-18 and I ended up getting really sick I have been in pain all night and this not the first time this is happened it happened a month ago November 17 2018 I got really sick.
