Had dominos pizza for lunch (skipped breakfast) and by dinner time I was sick and unable to eat dinner. Had fever, nausea and diarrhea all night. This was yesterday 10/15/17 and today I'm finally able to eat soup but nothing solid.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

ordered a medium peperoni, ham, and Italian sausage pizza and garlic twists and I got sick around 5 hours later. My friend previously ordered their cinnamon twists and got sick as well.

Picked up a pepperoni pizza. Thought the pepperoni tasted slightly strange, but didn't think anything of it. Both my friend and I who ate the same pizza in the same box experienced symptoms at the same time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

We ordered a deluxe pizza with pepperoni, ham, green peppers, yellow peppers, and mushrooms. Both parties who ate the pizza were sick in about 6 hours after eating. Will never order here again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
