I ordered a goat cheese, honey, bacon pizza on 18/03 in the evening. I found that goat cheese had a stronger taste than usual. At 2:00 in the morning cold sweats, vomiting and loss of consciousness, I pass my turn the next time  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Sweating

Got a Hawaiian pizza and a garlic bread, noticed the ham tasted a bit weird but haven’t had dominos in a while so thought that might just be what their ham tastes like, an hour and half later I got very sick which then led to approximately 30 hours of vomiting and intense nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
