Bbq brisket sadwich on june 5th caused an incredibly sharp pain in my stomach today june 6th 2016 caused me to miss work and had to stay in bed an bathroom all day. Got a hook and ladder sandwich on 6/2/2016. The lettuce was really wet and tasted funny, with in a half hour of eating it I got diarrhea and started vomiting. Had fever and chills and couldn't keep anything down for two horrible days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
