I had chicken bake and cheese and onion bake around 3pm on the 24th oct 2019, and with in a few hours i started throwing up and sharp pulling pain pain in stomach followed by fever which lasted over night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever

I ate a vegan sausage roll that was not even warm about 8 o’clock.

I ate a bacon and chicken baguette, a caramel donut and an orange juice. Approximately 4 hours later I started to feel dizzy, this then progressed into stomach cramps.
