I had a Santa Barbara with a regular bun and it didnt taste very good so I didnt finish it. I ate that around 1pm. 230am I woke up with horrible stomach pain and it lasted that entire day. I was pooping blood.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
