Me, my 6 yrs olds and my friend ordered In N Out for dinner, that same night me and my son were vommiting the following day I was experiencing diarrhea and my friend had headache that same night after eating then the next day she started to get diarrhea and she is vomitting as well.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
