Club Lulu Unwich, no tomatoes. Sudden diarrhea 2 hours after eating, continued to use the bathroom every 30 mins for over an hour. Felt very ill and stomach cramping for several hours. I had a club lulu with provolone and sprouts
It was the only thing I ate today
6 hours later - violent vomiting and diarrhea

I ate a Vito sub around 9:50 pm, and the next day I had sharp stomach pain, dizziness, tiredness, fever, shivering, I threw up 11 times, and had diarrhea 8 times, now I just woke up and I feel blood rushing down my head, I have a fever but I'm still shivering.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
