I had a club lulu with provolone and sprouts
It was the only thing I ate today
6 hours later - violent vomiting and diarrhea
Neighbor is a nurse - says it looks like classic food poisoning - will be heading to doctor if not feeling better tomorrow  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a Vito sub around 9:50 pm, and the next day I had sharp stomach pain, dizziness, tiredness, fever, shivering, I threw up 11 times, and had diarrhea 8 times, now I just woke up and I feel blood rushing down my head, I have a fever but I'm still shivering.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain

Ate a tuna sub from Jimmy John's and was sick within hours. Vomiting, diarreah, fever and chills. Called the store to speak to a manager and was told the manager was busy. Thanks JJ's!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
