I ate around 5 pm on Friday March 3rd. Had a cookie, turkey tom no tomatoes with lettuce and mayo. Last bite did not taste right and bread was soggy  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Got a #12 with light mayo and we throwing up all night and couldn't keep anything down, that was all I ate yesterday. I think the produce may have been the issue. I have called the store

Had turkey & ham on multigrain. The only thing I ate on 2/14. Morning of 2/15 I noticed I felt like I had a rock in my stomach and was nauseous. Have had vomiting and diarrhea ever since. Day 3. Can't evendors keep down Gatorade.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
