My son ate his usual pepperoni pizza by the morning he had a fever with vomiting and is unable to keep anything down.

08/02 update: He still has a fever and we're hoping he's able to drink fluids today or else we're heading to the ER.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever

Bought 5 pizzas breadsticks cheese sauce and the red sauce from there and it made my family sick we had diarrhea stomach cramps puking headache and they refused to refund us  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Cramps, Headache

Severe abdominal pain followed by massive bowel movement followed by more aches pain for 12 hours pain continued in the morning and was onset just after eating it. It is an ongoing issue. I am not lactose  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain
