On dec 2 2025 I ate a pepperoni pizza 🍕 probably like 4 slices then I started to feel sick after like 4 hours past I was in pain and had LOTS OF DIARRHEA with some nausea and slight headache it is now December 5 2025 and still have diarrhea, and stomach pains are getting slightly worse  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
