3/28/22, Lucky Charms Son is the only one who was sick and he is the only one that ate Lucky Charms Cereal. He was vomiting and had diarrhea and stomach cramps and green poop. My six year old daughter got sick on March 14 with projectile vomiting x 3 and a bout of diarrhea four hours after having lucky charms ( bought it for st Patrick’s) - serious dehydration . Went to doctor and was given zofran. Symptoms improved the next day .  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Dehydration

I bought a box of saint Patrick’s lucky charms cereal from there in late February or early March.
