after a bowl of lucky charms i believe  ate a bowl of lucky charms for breakfast and 20 minutes later i was vomiting and diarrhea i was only one who ate  it stomach was turning for at least 2 hours after that

I ate lucky charms for breakfast and have been having gas, stomach cramps, and diarrhea all day! This is literally the only cereal that does this as I’ve tried it multiple times and get sick every time.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas

Had two bowls of Lucky Charms with oat milk this morning and have had stomach cramps, explosive ~green~ diarrhea, and nausea all day.
